Working with Edwin was awesome. I’m a first time home buyer and not only did he take the time to explain the process and help me navigate all of the different situations that came up, but he did it with high integrity and prompt communication. I’m very grateful he was my first agent to work with and would call him again in future.

We had two separate sales and she handle both amazingly!! She helped with the flexible needs of both buyer and seller of this lot we just recently sold. All while going through her own personal trials. She’s amazing to work with!

In 2024, our family hired David Swain for the selling of our parents 5 acre estate. He did an amazing job! So in May 2025 when we decided to move, we asked him to be our realtor for the selling of our Townhouse. He’s professional, very market savvy, assertive, prompt, and goes the extra mile. He’s personable, humorous and kind. We highly recommend him.

David Swain and his team at Clearsky Professionsals in Flagstaff, AZ have time and time again exceeded our expectations. In early 2024 David fully facilitated my search for a home in Flagstaff and I was able to close escrow on time, despite some challenges with deferred maintenance on the prospective house. David kept in touch and in 2025 he facilitated two more escrows (both a sale for us) and steered us to another associate of his out of state for a relocation home purchase. Our two houses in Flagstaff both sold for full price within 2 days and the out of state agent David referred us to was also superb. Thanks again to David and his top notch team! Highly recommended for your realtor needs.

David Swain and his team of professionals were awesome!! Before putting our home on the market, David helped us dispose of unneeded personal property, finding highly qualified handymen and other professionals to do the last-minute fixes to the house, and providing advice and assistance, as needed. His superb marketing expertise with the listing description, videos and 3-D walk-through options resulted in a quick sale. David is a knowledgeable and trustworthy professional, a man of integrity, with a positive, get-it-done attitude. In every way, he was a joy to work with. We valued and appreciated the efforts of David and his team during this process. They are the best!!

We recently purchased a home in Flagstaff with Ashley Householder and we are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with her. Our closing process was particularly complicated, but Ashley was steadfast in her support through the entire time. Her communication skills, responsiveness, and knowledge of the market are all top notch, though it's her kindness and patience that really won us over. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a home in the Flagstaff/Williams area.

Very easy to communicate with and were able to answer all my questions. This hard of hearing old guy was extremely pleased! Further they were a big help in getting rid of several old pieces of furniture I wasn't taking with me. I highly recommend to anyone that you hire this team.
