Rob was patient and showed us many condos in different areas before finding the perfect one. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and listened to what we wanted. He worked closely with us, was always available for questions and did such a great job that we had him handle both transactions..... buying a condo in a new area and selling our current house. While selling our current house he had awesome photos taken to advertise, had two open houses, and had great success finding buyers for it.

When we first spoke with Lawrence Soza regarding the sale of our home, we appreciated the fact that he was very professional and patient answering any and all of our questions. He never pressured us to make any decisions that weren't our own and only shared his professional expertise. Once we decided to put our home up for sale, Lawrence did all he could to help us meet our goals and timeline by even helping us pack and load up our trailers when they arrived. Lawrence even recruited his wonderful wife Mona aka "Our Cleaning Angel" who came almost everyday to help us prepare for the sale of our home and help us pack up final items. They were both there even until our last night before we actually left to our new home out of state. How many realtors who do that for their clients?
