My experience with Mr Soza was great, will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. when we went to see a house he would point out the location, like where the shopping centers,school, freeways were located etc and explain something about the community we were in. I never felt rushed always told me to take the time I needed and explained some details about the house beforehand. what I liked about Mr Soza is that he inspects the house like he was buying it for himself, pointing out the quality of the work that was done or if it was a flip or how much it might cost me if it needed work. he always answered his phone when I called with questions. He was very patient with me since this was my first time buying a house. And thanks to him I found the perfect house!

Connie did an excellent job in an extremely difficult situation. Her patience and ability to adapt to the situation both from a real estate and interpersonal aspect were outstanding. She also went above her call of duty by providing my wife and I help getting moved. And, to top it all off, she turned out to be a great companion and friend. We had been working with Larry for a long time. He made this process easy. He would drive long distances to go show us properties. He would go out of his way to show us the best. He will make sure that the property you get is the best option, the one thing we liked is that each property we saw which were dozens we had the time to think and decide.
