Jerry helped us to sell our father's house, who had recently passed away. Jerry was very friendly, helpful and guided us every step of the way from the moment we inquired about selling the house. We never felted like we were being pushed and we felt very comfortable moving at our own pace on when we wanted to start the process of selling the house. We never felt any pressure. Jerry helped guide us with additional documents and forms that need to be filled out when property is involved in a trust from a parent to a child, which we knew nothing about. Jerry was very good with communicating with us and walking us thru all the steps and telling us what the next steps were.
