Ten years ago Ron helped me purchase my first home. During that time, it was very hard to purchase a house. I went through two real estate agents prior to Ron. Time and time again, I was unsuccessful due to multiple offers on each house. When I met Ron, I explained the situation. Ron worked hard and helped find me a great home. Ten years later, I was put in charge of selling a house for a friend of mine. This was the first time that I actually had to sell a house. Without hesitating, I immediately reached out to Ron. He knows the business, and he knows people. During the open houses, he knew which people we're really serious about wanting to purchase the house. He went out of his way to make sure that things went smoothly for the sale. He made sure that I understood everything that was going on, and he was always available for me to ask any questions. Me and my husband stumbled across Ron business card 8 years ago and it turned out to be our BEST stumble. We couldn't ask for a better realtor. Ron is an excellent agent he knows all the in's and out's about buying and selling homes. His communication skills are superb and just simply top notch. There was not a question or circumstance that came about that he was not equipped to answer or handle. He is patient and professional, he is always on time and he kept us informed daily. His focus and dedication to every detail is fantastic . Ron is the kind of guy who does not even need to try to impress or make you like him, he has a natural ore about him. I being new to the home buying process was totally freaked out didn't have a clue. Ron was kind, gentle and always practical he did not try to make me feel like I needed to buy or sale he always asked about what we wanted as a couple. His favorite catch phrase is " It's about what You want". We couldn't ask for a better agent he is the most hard working dedicated human being we have ever meet. He always kept us in the know if there where small changes he made sure we knew what they were. He kept us practical he let us know what was feasible. He made sure he were looking at all aspects never tried to have us go beyond our means. he made sure that our means was what we wanted and needed. He is like an old friend of the family that is how he makes you feel. Very well spoken and a straight forward guy he does not sugar coat anything. He has the patient of monk lol because he had to deal with my other half and trust me that is no walk in the park but Ron stood firm and held his ground and kept him on track. Thank you Ron for walking with us every step of the way and thank you for knowing what I deal with inside joke smile I am. I need and want everyone to know that his work ethics can not compare to this review you would need to meet him and use him to experience being in the hands of an amazing realtor. He is great.

Ron is in the wrong profession of sorts. He should be the Dean of universities in Realter studies. At the least a professor. With all kidding aside, The detailed work & his professionalism & patience with the sale of my home Can be summed up in two simple words. Absolute perfection. Future realtors should all strive to be half the Realter Ron is. That would put them at the top of there profession. Only a few can be this detailed & precise. That’s Ron.
