He was knowledgeable and answered all my questions patiently. His strategy was to gin up interest in the place by timing the listing and showings just right. In the end he got my house sold for $100K over asking price. Though this may not be typical, there were still 43 other offers over asking price. He and his assistant were also willing to go above and beyond to help me get the place ready to sell.
