Jerry helped us to sell our father's house, who had recently passed away. Jerry was very friendly, helpful and guided us every step of the way from the moment we inquired about selling the house. We never felted like we were being pushed and we felt very comfortable moving at our own pace on when we wanted to start the process of selling the house. We never felt any pressure. Jerry helped guide us with additional documents and forms that need to be filled out when property is involved in a trust from a parent to a child, which we knew nothing about. Jerry was very good with communicating with us and walking us thru all the steps and telling us what the next steps were. He helped by giving us suggestions on preparing the house prior to the sell and during the selling process. Jerry was very friendly and always professional even when we called several times with silly questions, we didn't make it easy on him there were three kids calling him at different times, sometimes asking the same question and every time he was professional and took the time to answer/explain all of our questions. Jerry did such a good job, the house sold in 5 days and was sold over the asking price. I would recommend anyone who is in the market and looking to sell or buy a home to contact Jerry, he will hold your hand every step and he is honest and was spot on. I have been fortunate to know Jerry and his wife Kellie for over twenty years thanks to our children being in a Christian based year round sports organization.
