There are many good real-estate agents out there, but Taylor is on the top shelf for many reasons. First, her ability to deliver a successful sale is evident by the way she planned a successful marketing strategy to sell our home with a tenant occupying it.Her knowledge of the current real estate market was demonstrated when she priced the house at the high end of market value, and then sold it for a bit more! As a teaser, she posted a few pictures of the exterior along with the price tag on a social media site, advertised as up and coming. Selling our home with a tenant in it had its challenges, and we wanted to respect his privacy. But Taylor skillfully coordinated 2 very brief showings so as to not disturb the tenant and in 2 days, we accepted an offer for $5k more than asking price. Taylor works smart and is trustworthy . Andrew is amazing! We live in Ohio and saw a home that was likely to sell quick and he checked out every detail and showed us the home via face time. He made sure the closing went efficient and quick. When we visited the home for the first time he brought his sprayer and power washer for us to use.
