Tony Haggerty was contacted by us because he was simply the top seller in our community ( trilogy Summerlin, he sold 5 homes in one month) . We have experienced many realtors as we moved 20 times in 28 years... To the point, Tony is first in contact with his clients 24 hours a day , weekend including. His response time is super short week and weekend and we basically are “on the run” with him during the all the process time. Tony is a former appraiser with 10 years experience in this field. You can imagine the plus compare to any other Real estate agent, he knows the Market and any property value. Honestly he took him 5 minutes to value our property to the right level and we sold it at this level quickly. On top, Tony brought his wonderful team to all open house events, added 3D visual and multiple advertising. We do highly recommend Tony in your next sale.

Tony came to my rescue after I had another realtor who was either incompetent or just didn’t listen. Tony showed me multiple houses that actually fit my wants and needs.

Tony has helped me buy and sell two properties. He is an outstanding professional, a patient listener, and offers fantastic advice. In all of my experiences with Tony, he has been an excellent communicator. He has always delivered and been a creative problem and worked to close the deal.

The home was sold in about two weeks with time spent waiting for an escrow payment from one buyer that didn't materialize. We were kept up to date on all activities during the listing. We probably had 3-4 home visits in addition to daily email and/or phone messages.

Merri will get the job done no matter the market! She and Jodi were relentless in search of my new home. She promised she would get it done and delivered more than I could’ve asked for… I can’t thank these two ladies enough! I received immediate responses day or night and always with an upbeat attitude. I haven’t received that type of service anywhere here in Vegas in the 15 years I’ve lived here. I feel very lucky to have had this woman as my realtor.

My experience with Jerome was his extreme patience and kindness ! His knowledge of the current sell/buy market trend for my area was astounding! Very adept in keeping me abreast in every facet of my sale, as well as his professionalism in dealing with potential buyers were second to none. His overall confidence in the selling price of my home was nothing short of amazing ! I encourage anyone looking to sell or buy to use him!

Velvet is a wonderful agent. She made home buying a wonderful experience. Her willingness to work around my schedule was perfect and was available to talk or text throughout the day. She was willing to drive all over town to find the perfect place. She was in constant communication.

Lorena is my friend, but we chose her because of her compassion for people. She along with her husband Steve, chipping in and getting things done above and beyond since we were out of town while trying to get our home on the market. She attends to all the little details to make sure it makes a great first impression. We appreciated more than words can express how blessed we are to have a knowledgeable, considerate agent and lasting friendship.
