First off from the get go she provided us with current, detailed, and informative RE Market Analysis. Always good about keeping us informed throughout the selling processes. She was attentive and listened to our needs and concerns; and in turn she gave us good advisements. She even made herself during her personal day(s) off. When we had an Open House she was always punctual and organized. She even went the extra mile to fix a minor mishap discovered during the final inspection; and also Fedexing a bundle of our mail received after the Close. Finally, she has a great sense of humor and an easy going demeanor which made working with her amenable. She's Good!

Velvet made the process so smooth and good. She was very patient and what i love about her was that she makes it seems like she was shopping for her own house. She makes you take the lead in the decision and is not overpowering or rush you to make a decision. Also always willing to answer questions and making sure that you understand and know about the housing market. Great job by Velvet and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a realtor.

Velvet, amazingly beautiful in the inside as well as the outside. She carried herself with professionalism and patience. When we had a question she was quick to get back to us with answers! Velvet walked us thru the whole process and even when we didn’t understand she explained in detail. She took pictures of our home in stages when we were not there to see it.
