Jodi/Merri found us a gem of a Condo for under $160K. We were looking for a cosmetic fixer-upper and she delivered. We had to move fast but we got it for less than appraisal. We painted, put in a couple of new ceiling lights and kitchen faucets and now its worth $20K more than we paid - day one. Thanks Jodi. You definitely know what you are doing.

Relocating isn't easy but Carla took care of us helping find a home. She was always available, showed us many many options, worked on our behalf with some tough selling agents. Will recommend her any chance I can.

I live out of state and could only spend a couple of days a month making arrangements to get my mother’s house ready for sale. Sylvia made recommendations on vendors and maintenance people to clean out and perform necessary repairs to get the home ready. She kept me constantly informed via E-mails, phone calls and even providing pictures of the progress. I honestly say that Sylvia made what could have been an extremely stressful situation a breeze. I have dealt with several real estate agents over the years, but Sylvia is by far the best. I highly recommend her. Alan H. Oakes

She is amazing.I was quite nervous the process of selling our rental house in LV, considering we live in CA. She helped us understand what to expect & offered advice that help us through the negotiations phase. Maryam is thorough, caring & absolutely wonderful to work with.Always in touch & available to answer our questions.. She became my "friend" through the process even though I had never met her before.I would recommend her to anyone at any time in selling one's home.

We recently decided to sell our Las Vegas home and decided upon using the team of Sylvia and Patty from Realty One Group.Inc. And are we so very glad that we did. They provided us with their knowledge of the real estate market in Las Vegas ~ while also providing us the comfort of taking care of us during the potentially trying times of selling ones’ home. Their listing of our home on the MLS was nothing short of amazing ~ while the included photos with the listing information were truly stunning! Therefore we believe the house was sold to a new owner the very first weekend that it was listed. Dawn and I want to state that not only are the team of Sylvia and Patty ~ Very Professional, but are so Very Kindhearted and Very Considerate to the needs and wants of both the seller and the buyer. You could never go wrong with them to guide you through the selling process as they did with us. We also could add with the purchase of your new home (as one of our grandsons recently became a new Las Vegas home owner for his very first time with their helpful assistance.) Through our real estate experiences with this One Realty Team of Sylvia & Patty .... we have formed a lasting friendship with Sylvia and Patty ... THANK YOU BOTH!

I'm so happy I chose John for our agent! He is very knowledgeable about the market. He knew how much to list our home for to get us the best price outcome for us. He was very aware of the time it would take us to sell. John was very thorough when it came to signing the paperwork and explained every detail to us. He always made himself available when we had questions or concerns. He also took into consideration the timing of our other out of state home purchase and made it his mission the work within the timing parameters of that purchase. John is extremely professional and caring. We would choose him again in a heartbeat if we moved back to Nevada. Thank you John!!
