Working with Jerome Edwards My husband and I met Jerome at an open house that was in our neighborhood. We had things in common with Jerome and took an immediate liking to him knowing we wanted to have him search for a new home for us, as well as sell our current home. Jerome worked with us for months in looking for a new home, which not always easy for any of us with the market evolving so quickly and facing rising bids on homes we did like. Jerome, was so sweet and patient with us and really got to know what our specific desires were in a new home. Jerome was also very honest in stating what was overpriced or not, and what to bid on a home that did interest us. He found us the perfect home that we are thrilled with. Jerome also sold our home so quickly at a price even we thought was priced too high, but the market was stating otherwise. Our home sold within a day. Through all of the transactions of buying and selling a home, Jerome was on top of it all letting us know where we were in the process of both homes. Jerome was personally involved in following up with all those involved in getting the process settled in a timely matter. Our experience with Jerome Edwards was wonderful. We thank him for his patience and his due diligence in getting both transactions finalized in a timely fashion. Jerome really listened to us in what we wanted, and we knew he would take good care of us. You can't ask for anything more in a realtor!
