We needed a quick sale on my father's home. Chrissy was out the day after we called her to list the home on the market. Within just a few days she was able to set a market price that was in line with other homes in the area, scheduled appointments for potential buyers, had/accepted an offer and closed within 30 days. She was great at helping us to understand the process, answered any questions/concerns, and very knowledgeable on all matters. I became aware of Melissa's service through the calendars she had at her brother-in-law's chiropractic office. She met me at the townhouse with market analysis and several sale price options. Upon listing, had several showings scheduled and two offers by the weekend. Melissa was very helpful, answered all my questions and was very transparent throughout the entire process. She sent me a 2022 calendar even though I moved out of PA. Highly recommend her!

We were selling only and not buying a new house but we started talking to Chrissy back in May. Finally in September we were ready to list and Chrissy was great through the process of suggesting a fair list price and coordinating viewings and the sale to an out of state buyer!
