I told Michelle what the criteria that I was looking for and she suited my search to those specific needs. It took a bit but the one I found kind of fell out of nowhere and we didn't waste any time. It also helped that I was already pre-approved so that moved the process along nicely. Michelle's communication was spot on and helped me in the negotiation stage submitting my offer. We didn't waste time because we knee this property would not last. I was not able to make viewings on this property due to a crazy work schedule so Michelle took her own time and linked up with a virtual walk through and shortly after that, I submitted an offer. Overall, I would recommend Michelle.

WHAT an awesome realtor Brenda is! She is incredibly personable, patient, dependable, an excellent communicator across all mediums AND knowledgeable! On top of all of those things, she made herself available seemingly 24/7 for my endless questions, gave me her insights when I asked for them, and made the process really easy for a beginner like myself to understand. I am sure this process would not have been the pleasure it was without Brenda's skilled help! I HIGHLY recommend Brenda!

Working with Melissa selling and then buying a house was great. I was on night shift and worked odd hours but she communicated with my girlfriend and myself to keep the balls rolling. She was flexible and was able to show houses when I was available. She was knowledgeable and got answers as quickly as she could for us. We found our forever home, but would highly recommend her!

My wife and I couldn't be happier with Michelle's excellent work. There were some hiccups with the appraisal but guess what? Her and her husband were at the new house helping us install new smoke detectors. Whatever it takes to get the job done!
