I would like to take a moment to commend Chrissie Heinle. When I first met her, she blew me away. She speaks, handles herself, and dresses professionally. After introductions, we got right down to business. Chrissie reviewed everything with me thoroughly and suggested a few changes in the way I staged my home for a better presentation. It was apparent that she knows the realty business and knows it well. She also took pictures that day for the listing. How efficient—all in one visit so no extra effort for either of us. Chrissy posted everything within 1 day, including the perfect description of my home, which I felt would intrigue buyers. My instincts were correct, with a contract after 1 day! I had called in regards to a different property being sold by real estate company because I realized not everything online was accurate in Spring 2021 Covid Crazy, that home had already sold. My info got passed to Melissa cause she dealt in area I was interested in and she actually got back in touch with me.. I had basically given up when I realized inpection results of another house were as bad as a previous experience, the only difference being the sales price was about double due to interest rates being low. If not for Melissa I certainly not be a new home owner right now because she encouraged me to not give up, when I had indeed made my mind up that I was just going to wait till Spring 2022. I didn't understand everything as it was happening and it was certainly frustrating but it worked out in the end and after reading other reviews that is probably because Melissa was doing a lot of work on my behalf. I love the area I wound up in, the neighbors are great, I have been offered flowers/plants to transplant from a few houses down, and have discovered I am within walking distance of a walking/suspension bridge, riverfront park, 3 antique stores, the library, a tattoo shop, coffee/sandwich shop, an art class place....etc! Thank you!
