Michele contacted us after we put a homemade sign in our yard. Since we did not have a realtor, we asked if she would like to represent us. Michele made the home selling process smooth. As first time home sellers, she was very insightful, provided a great deal of useful information, and helped to keep us on task so we could meet our deadlines. All-in-all, we had the best experience selling our home, and we would refer Michele to anyone!

She explained each step of the process, and we weren't surprised by anything, nothing went wrong or deviated from the plan she initially laid out for us. She listened to our needs and desires. I would like to take a moment to commend Chrissie Heinle. When I first met her, she blew me away. She speaks, handles herself, and dresses professionally. After introductions, we got right down to business. Chrissie reviewed everything with me thoroughly and suggested a few changes in the way I staged my home for a better presentation. It was apparent that she knows the realty business and knows it well. She also took pictures that day for the listing. How efficient—all in one visit so no extra effort for either of us. Chrissy posted everything within 1 day, including the perfect description of my home, which I felt would intrigue buyers. My instincts were correct, with a contract after 1 day! Did I mention the offer was over asking price. Chrissy is sharp. I call her a firecracker. If you want a realtor who will work for you to sell your house, contact Chrissy. You will be glad you did!
