Anthony far exceeded my expectations. From the first initial time we met, through ALL of the homes we went to view together ( a total of over 10 ), he was kind, knowledgeable, respectful, and helpful every step of the way. He helped me find my first home, and even suggested areas with good schools as he knew that was a priority for me. If it wasn't for Anthony and his expertise, there is no way I would be where I am at today. I am relatively new to the area, with Anthony's guidance and suggestions, I found a great home in a great location. If you are reading this and looking for a realtor, you found one! He took my calls in the evenings and on weekends. He did whatever he could to ensure that I was in a home I was happy with, and I couldn't be happier!

Santiago went way beyond what was needed to finish the deal. He had my back the whole journey, which lasted a while but he never faltered in looking out for my best interest.

Santiago took the time to learn what we as buyers wanted. Also, always quick to pick up the phone at any time. Thank you

We've bought and/or sold houses three times with Jennifer. We went through several agents prior to meeting her. We were left frustrated by their wanting just quick sales. It seemed to be all about them rather than us as a client. Jennifer is different. What's great about her? We work so the standard 9-5 agent availability doesn't work for us. Jen was flexible with her schedule. She even showed us houses at 7am! She is knowledgeable about the market and detail oriented. She made some great suggestions on how to go about the offer/sales process. She did her research and went with logic rather than going for a quick commission. She also coordinated the inspections and other activities that we needed. We highly recommend her. She is one in a million.

Jennifer was great to deal with. She listened to our concerns and responded immediately. She attended all of the inspections and was able to meet with us at a moments notice. We were able to get the house we wanted at less than asking price because of her efforts. I would highly recommend that you use her. You will be glad you did

Jennifer Micciche is an exceptionally fine real estate agent. She helped us sell our home in the Catalina Foothills in June of 2022. Jen is honest, experienced, knowledgeable, diligent, punctual, persistent, and successful. She listens carefully to her clients, and she is a wonderful communicator. She is a pleasure to work with. My wife, Janny, and I would absolutely recommend her. Mark and Janny Tansil

Karin was referred to us by a family member. Even though she knew it would take a few month before we put the house on the market, she stayed in contact with us and made us aware of the sales trends in the neighborhood. When finally on the market, Karin took charge and made sure the house was ready to sale. She even set up appointments with contractors needed to fix the few issues that needed addressed. She kept us in the loop with every tour and the offers made on the house. When all was said and done, we were very pleased with the end process. She got full asking price!

Anthony is one of the best realtors ever, he will bend over backwards to help you sell your home and to make sure it’s the easiest and most convenient process for you. I would highly recommend anyone to him! He sold my house on the first weekend it went on the market and walked me through the entire process. It couldn’t have been a more pleasurable and easy experience!
