I’m a realtor in Raleigh/Durham NC and my clients needed to sell their home to buy a home here. I spoke with Rita and knew instantly that she was perfect to help my clients sell their property for top dollar quickly, and she did! A full price offer in one day! She communicated with us throughout this journey and partnering with her, my clients have had a seamless and enjoyable, stress free transaction. I hope to work with her again. I can’t sing her praises enough and her clients are lucky to have her.

Deb is a wonderful woman. She has been a relator for our family for several years and has assisted with buying/selling many homes. This wonderful lady made us feel as if we were her ONLY client. She worked tirelessly, all hours of the night, to make sure we had THE MOST up to date information available on our property of interest. She is WORTH IT!

Having Anthony as a realtor to sell my home was a dream. It felt like I had my own personal assistant to help me take care of things and to keep things moving smoothly when I wasn't available. Anthony is a spectacular realtor and will work with you on strategy, repairs, and anything in-between. He also has quality connections in pretty much every trade you could need to get your home ready to list and/or close!

Karin Phillips started sending us information before we moved across the country. She even created spreadsheets sharing information such as sunside facing backyard, and other important information not included in the listing. She was very available, and helped us locate an amazing home within 2 weeks of arriving in Tucson/Oro Valley. She negotiated well; and gave us great counsel as newcomers regarding real estate and resources to help us settle into our neighborhood. We loved working with her, and had tons of fun during the process. Her genuine, helping spirit will be an asset to anyone searching for a new home!

As a first time home buyer, I was very lucky to have Rick as my Realtor. He explained the process clearly so that I would know what to expect which was very helpful. I appreciated that he always made himself available anytime I had questions. He was always very respectful and professional. I would highly recommend Rick Sepulveda to anyone that needs a good realtor.

I have known Ritiek for 6-7 years. She was my realtor for my first house. When I decided to purchase another house, Ritiek was my first choice to work with. My first experience was great and so my second is. She is very helpful and great to work with. I really appreciate her involvement in the process.

Home buying is a stressful process and you will hit some rough patches. When this occurs, you need to know that your realtor has your back through those patches and Karin certainly did.
