If you are in need of a realtor to help you buy or sell your home, reach out to Cristina Carney with Realty One Group! I hired her as my listing agent. But, when we spoke she talked to me about how she works as a buyers agent too. It was helpful in the process. But she listed did a lot of work and staged my home. She made it look like a model home. My home before looked nice too but it was my touch. Sometimes your personal touch is not someone else’s and that’s why staging was important. Aside my house being completely empty, she made it look and feel inviting, warm, and like you’re at home. My home sold in 15 days! I didn’t think it would. I’m very grateful for her services and I highly recommend her! Cristina has great communication as well. Explains everything thoroughly, and she also guides you very well. As a seller sometimes you will get in your head. She helped me a lot! During every part of the process, she was with me and talked to me.
