Miechal is the best agent I’ve ever worked with. She sold my mom’s condo in a down market, sent a team to help clear out the clutter and donate and pick up belongings and furniture. She arranged for a handyman to make repairs, install ceiling fans, a new microwave, hired painters, and someone to replace, install, and paint a new garage door.
