Courtney was extremely active in providing us a variety of homes in our selected geographic areas of interest and target price range. She was available to set up tours of our selected homes and was very proactive in pointing out features or deficiencies we may have overlooked. It took us four months to find our dream home, and Courtney never became discouraged with our search process. Always cheerful and enthusiastic, she kept us involved in all aspects of home searches. During the offer phase of our purchase, she had to deal with an estate bank as well as the other broker. not an easy task, but she managed it well, and we were successful in our offer. She was very involved in the entire escrow process of the home purchase, from obtaining the loan, all the little details of timing and nit-picky requests, through closure. We started our relationship as broker/customer, and have developed it into a very valued friendship. I would, and have, highly recommended Courtney to any potential buyers or sellers we know.

I’ve been dealing with real estate agents most of my adult life, and they usually rate somewhere around “Hey, at least I didn’t shoot you.” So if we’re being honest here, Rachel didn’t have a super high bar to cross to be considered a winner in my book. Here’s the thing… she not only rose high above my expectations. She bombed those expectations from orbit. Here are some adjectives about Rachel: Friendly, crazy responsive, knowledgeable about the community, well-organized, efficient, and most of all, patient (and I’m crazy picky.) Not only that, but she negotiated our price down like she was some heartless railroad tycoon from the 1800’s, all while smiling and laughing and making everyone involved think she was doing them a favor. She helped find us a crazy deal on closing costs. Also, she bought me a coffee once, and I thought that was really nice. So in summary, I’ve either been ridiculously unlucky in the past or Rachel is one of the best agents in the world. Seriously. I know it seems like I’m her uncle or something and I’m laying it on a little thick, but here’s the truth. She took on a pair of complete strangers dealing with a family tragedy who had a tight house-buying window and made it easy, fast, and comfortable. You can’t go wrong with her, and I’ll be forever grateful for her help.
