Connie is well-versed on everything to do with buyer AND seller knowledge, as she does both. She was very on top of the comps of the homes around ours, as well as a keen attention to detail (i.e. outside of home - foundation…inside of home - ceilings, walls, fixtures, layout and practicality of the areas), and so much more. She was available day and night for us via phone call or text, and email. Our timeline was tight and she completely exceeded our expectations on that front. Connie was very encouraging and persevered through a lot with and for us. She listened to our wants and needs and kept that in line throughout our home search. Connie was happy to explain and answer our many questions especially having to do with the contractual agreement and the terms of our home loan. I was referred to her from a coworker and I will definitely be requesting her for future reference. With Connie, you aren’t just getting a standard realtor/agent, you’re also getting a lifelong friend!

If you are searching for a realtor…Connie is your person. She listened to what we wanted and stayed proactive throughout the process. We had obstacles along the way that we comfortably navigated due to her experience and knowledge. The network of professionals at her disposal allowed decision making based upon quality assessments and timely. She had a “person” for every scenario. She fielded all of our calls and texts in a timely manner. All of her promises were kept, while standing with us or on our behalf along the journey. This house buying experience was not our first time around so i know the difference between a quality realtor vs someone helping you buy property. Connie treated us as if we were her only customer and her top priority. When I buy or sell real estate next, Connie will be my choice. I highly suggest you choose her as well. You cant go wrong with her on your side.

The current market is not an easy one to navigate. We looked at so many houses in our search for the perfect one, and Connie was with us every step of the way. Throughout the process she looked out for our best interest, it wasn't about just making the transaction which I believe is a rare thing to find these days. We truly felt she cared about our well-being and showed it by going the extra mile to protect our interests. Connie was transparent and communicative, it was easy to get a hold of her and she answered all of our questions, no matter how small. There wasn't any hesitation on her part to contact the seller's agent to get information for us, or to tap into her extensive resource network to make sure we had the best information possible to make decisions. Again, we weren't just a transaction to her, we felt truly taken care of throughout the process. There were some instances where it felt like she worked a miracle to get us something we needed in a short amount of time, we are so happy we chose her to represent us! Buying a house comes with so many tiny details that need to be attended to, Connie was always on top of it. She knew the particulars about our situation and being VA buyers, there are tons of them. Before we even set foot on a property she'd already noted the things that would be important for our lending process (like roof age and if seller accepted VA offers) so we were looking at actual potential homes. No detail was left hanging, it made things so easy for us. We cannot recommend Connie enough to anyone looking for a realtor. She is kind, responsive, caring, knowledgable, and willing to go to bat for you. Her efforts took the stress out of a very stressful process and we are now in a home that works for our family! If you're looking for the best, Connie is the the best around!

Due to the advice that Helen gave us we were able to make specific repairs on the property to increase its value significantly. She was always positive and encouraging constantly letting us know all of the possibilities that lay ahead . To me her experience pulled us through the entire process.
