Connie is well-versed on everything to do with buyer AND seller knowledge, as she does both. She was very on top of the comps of the homes around ours, as well as a keen attention to detail (i.e. outside of home - foundation…inside of home - ceilings, walls, fixtures, layout and practicality of the areas), and so much more. She was available day and night for us via phone call or text, and email. Our timeline was tight and she completely exceeded our expectations on that front. Connie was very encouraging and persevered through a lot with and for us. She listened to our wants and needs and kept that in line throughout our home search. Connie was happy to explain and answer our many questions especially having to do with the contractual agreement and the terms of our home loan. We had obstacles along the way that we comfortably navigated due to her experience and knowledge. She fielded all of our calls and texts in a timely manner. All of her promises were kept, while standing with us or on our behalf along the journey. The current market is not an easy one to navigate. We looked at so many houses in our search for the perfect one, and Connie was with us every step of the way.
