Meera is a very dedicated and knowledgeable realtor; she guided us through the process of listing and selling our home and made it look super easy. She was very quick in following up and helped us from setting up inspections & staging, working with escrow officers, evaluating multiple offers, explaining pros and cons of each offer, getting the offer accepted, signing and closing. She went out of her way to ensure that buyer had right information when there were some questions about certain signs on the property. Our home sold in less than 2 weeks with only one weekend of open house. We are extremely happy with her and would definitely go with her on our next real estate transaction. Pierre is the best. He helped us purchase at a time when most homes were being snapped up by cash buyers. We opted for a short sale and Pierre insured that things went smoothly (as much as can be with a short sale). Not only did he find us the best mortgage rate (twice as he let us know we should refinance quite a while after the purchase) he also renegotiated the offer just before closing and saved us $$$.
