Pierre is the best
Pierre is the best. He helped us purchase at a time when most homes were being snapped up by cash buyers. We opted for a short sale and Pierre insured that things went smoothly (as much as can be with a short sale). Not only did he find us the best mortgage rate (twice as he let us know we should refinance quite a while after the purchase) he also renegotiated the offer just before closing and saved us $$$.
