We started our home buying process during the pandemic in December 2020. Being pretty new to this process as a first time buyer, we were clueless where to begin with but luckily without putting in much effort we chanced upon Meera as a reference. Chanced upon because our entire home buying journey was such a smooth ride with her. She understood our requirements early in the process, gave us clear insights about the houses we saw and was pretty much right on the mark with how much to bid. We know this since we bid lower on a house as against what she suggested, and of course we lost the bid. She was crystal clear in her communication, kept us updated about the little details of the process every step of the way and was always responsive to all our questions whenever we had any. And within a month of looking, we booked a new construction house. Meera accompanied us whenever we went to see the lot area or when we went for signing the booking check, helping at each step from constantly communicating with the sales person to keeping the channel between us and them active and checking on the progress of the project. Buying a new construction is a longer process and takes longer to close but Meera was very patient and helped us throughout and a little after 6 months we finally got our first home. We were very happy as how everything turned out so well with Meera’s help and would definitely recommend her to anyone seeking.
