So lucky to have found her.
Several months ago my husband and I stated thinking about relocating to the Savannah area. I started looking around online and came in contact with Karen, who was great from the start. She sent listings within our perameters, checking in periodically and waited patiently for our arrival. After meeting in person we knew she was the one for us, friendly, open attentive, and very knowledgeable. When you’re new to an area, you really need someone you can trust and rely on and for us Karen is that person. She helped us find the “just right” house, handled the negotiations through the the closing seamlessly and always had time to answer my newbie questions. We both feel so lucky to have found her and now call her our friend as well our amazing real estate agent.

On͏ your side! We met Rebecca by chance without recommendation or time to research her or her experience. However, we knew from the initial contact she was the one we wanted to deal with! We were out of state buyers and this lady worked diligently to ease our pain when looking for properties, in fact within 24 hrs we were viewing 4 properties. She was totally on our side. Without hesitation she did the leg work and provided virtual tours of properties we were interested in. Her knowledge of the area fully understanding what we wanted in the next phase of our lives was instrumental in finding us our home. Not only have we found a great agent but now we can call her our friend. She is with us even after closing for anything we need. And her staff-co workers and recommendations are also top-notch!

Best agent ever!
My husband and i were looking for a home, for the first time this summer. We had no idea at all how to start or even what we are doing. We found Celi and she walked us through the whole process. She made the process very clear to us, helped us understand any question we had and kept everything so organized for us. Shes very professional and worked very hard to help us find the right and first home for us. Celi is reliable and knows what she is doing whether it's anything financial, understanding laws and or anything in between. My husband and i are very grateful for her and knowledge. We love our home!

Due to the nature of my husband’s job, we have had more than our share of experiences with relocating and the house buying/selling process. After a number of poor and subpar experiences with realtors, to say we were skeptical coming into our most recent home purchase would be an understatement. Then we asked Jessica to be our realtor. I cannot sing enough praises about this woman. I very quickly found out that she is ambitious, honest, reliable, and a true advocate for her clients. Not only were we able to purchase a home in Georgia from Maryland which comes with its own complications, but we did it seamlessly and without a hitch. She somehow made this the least stressful buying process we have ever had and I was able to have confidence in knowing that every nuanced detail was covered; any time there was a document to be submitted, a paper to be signed, a question to be answered, Jessica was on it and if there was something I needed to do and inevitably forgot because of dealing with everything else that a move involves, she’d gently remind me with enough time to submit it before the deadline. She even helped me with questions I had regarding the sale of our home when I couldn’t get in touch with or get an answer from our Maryland realtors in a timely manner. If we ever buy or sell again, I will be calling Jessica with no hesitation. I would recommend her to family, friends, strangers… anyone who needs an agent and wants an excellent experience with buying or selling their home. You won’t find a better realtor!

Knowledgeable, Patient & Efficient
Susan and I worked remotely- never having met her. It was such a positive experience. She took the time to actually listen to me. I was relocating from FL beach community and probably was more of a challenge to her because I didn’t have a specifics area to type home. She found me the perfect retirement home in an area I had not even considered and I am so happy where I landed thanks to her. It was tough negotiations at times and she delivered. I would absolutely recommend her for your listing or buying go-to. She knows the area she’s working and she is delightful to work with.

Laura was very knowledgeable and experienced with the market and had good connections with different lenders which made the process easy. I was a first time home buyer, and Laura was very patient and always available to answer any questions I had. She was helpful in making recommendations based on prices and quality of homes. It was great to work with her to find our home!

Wonderful Experience!
Renee was an absolute joy to work with. She came highly recommended by our previous realtors and we are so happy to have worked with her. She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. Even though we were looking during an extremely difficult and volatile time in the market, Renee was always extremely communicative and attentive to our home search. Her expertise and knowledge really made the process easier and less stressful. We highly recommend Renee as she is personable, professional, and truly puts her clients needs first.
