Cline was exceptional throughout the entire process of selling my house. It was challenging as the house had several tenants living in it but he was on the ball by keeping them informed of everything that was going on. He made sure they stayed happy and it relieved all pressure off of me. He is very well connected in the real estate market and it truly showed as we went under contract within a matter of hours from listing! Being a first time seller presented a learning curve but Cline made it simple. He had solutions for every obstacle that came our way. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Even after closing, Cline took the time to send a handwritten letter and gift. Very personable and a pleasure to work with! I look forward to working with Cline in the future.
