Susan listed our house in early October and had it under contract in a very short time frame with the restriction that we would not move until December 16. We closed on December 16. That was the third time we used her as our agent. Too bad we couldn't fly her to Michigan for our purchase. That did not go smoothly.

We all know when you start looking at houses, even on-line you get added to every realtors email list and phone list. Cline's approach is much more subtle, showing true interest and concern in finding your dream home. This process went so quickly for us, one minute "we're just looking" and a few weeks later we get an email from Cline saying, "I think I found your dream house on the marsh". He was right! He had listened to everything we said we wanted, hoped for, were willing to do if the right house came along. Cline's personality reminded me of talking to a friend as he asked questions about our preferences, likes, dislikes, etc. He literally nailed it with this house! He has a knack for listening and taking to heart what you're looking for. Cline has a strong background in building and construction, so when we went to the house for a tour, he was able to answer lots of questions and even offer advice and ideas for remodeling. This was a huge seller for us, his vision of what else the house had to offer added to the excitement that was already there. Cline also handled almost everything needed for the finance and closing. He provided us with contacts for everything from inspections, appraisals, lock smith and insurance quotes. This was a one-stop-shop, he can do it all. We're so grateful to have met Cline when we did and so happy he found our dream home on a marsh! I can't say enough good things about his personality, commitment and knowledge in today's crazy housing market!
