Where to start??? First, in less than 24 hours of deciding to sell my home, Shelly had it listed on MLS and she came over, helped me declutter ( which was quite a chore!) and took excellent photos. They looked very professional! Shelly coached my multiple times regarding being the importance of remaining patient in terms of getting asking price for me home. I was really to lower it 2 weeks into it being on the market out sheer impatience. THANKFULLY I listened to knowledgeable advice. I walked away from the closing table with asking price thanks to Shelly! Last but certainly not least, I “acquired “ a new kitten just before putting my home on the market. The timing couldn’t have been worse in my mind! Shelly, on the other hand, took this into account and explained to each agent the showed the home ( and there were many!) that I would be there during the showing (out of the way with the kitten) and that I would simplify go to another room when they were ready to look in the room we were in. I thought this was going to be a huge deterrent, but it didn’t seem to be a problem at all to anyway. I feel confident it was because it was the way Shelly prefaced it. She had an extremely calm, cool and collected mannerism after her that makes the people she interacts with feel the same! The bottom line is that Shelly went above and beyond in my opinion and I was 100% completely satisfied and impressed with her as my selling agent.
