This wasn’t our first experience buying or selling a home, but it was the first time we felt like we had an agent who TRULY cared about how our family experienced the process. With three young children and another on the way, a short time line, and a whole lot of unpredictable red tape that seemed to keep popping up, Renee was always working (what felt like) around the clock to make sure the whole process went as smoothly as possible. I’m we listed our home up for sale and it was under contract that same weekend! When the buyer pulled out unexpectedly a few days later, Renee was already reaching out to interested parties from the previous weekend and was able to get it back under contract for asking price so that we didn’t lose out on the house we were buying. She was quick to find solutions to issues, alway made time to chat through thoughts and concerns, and she was willing to help in whatever way she could. I honestly can’t imagine this process without her! Renee won’t treat the sale or buying of your home like it’s just a job, she will have your best interest in mind every step of the way.
