Susan was absolutely phenomenal to work with and is by far the best agent we've ever had. Many agents these days will simply unlock doors for you, Susan goes well beyond that. She takes the time to understand what you're looking for and she acts proactively. She drove us all over the Savannah area to get a sense of what we liked and what we didn't, and she executed accordingly. She helped us get a house that we had seen online a few months before, prior to working with her. We had only mentioned it in passing, but we told her how much we liked it. One morning she notified us that it had come back on the market and arranged for us to see it immediately. Because of her watchful eye and her approach in the negotiations, we were able to get an offer submitted in time and it was accepted amongst the others they received. She was with us every step of the way and stood in for us at appointments we couldn't attend. She has continued to check in on us even after our closing. Susan genuinely provides five-star service.
