She is always ready to make phone calls or get in touch with someone on her team when you have questions or need more information. She was present and open to every possibility we came up with, even when there was nothing directly in it for her. She showed true pleasure and joy in the process of helping our family find what we wanted, showed up in person to every step of signing for the home despite being an hour away. We hit a few hiccups and Anna was here to meet the plumber and the home inspector when I wasn't able to take off work so that someone caring would be here to know what was going on. Though she is very caring and hands on, she is the epitome of professionalism and was very willing to let me lead the process. She was readily willing to admit when she did not know the answer to something but was more than capable of finding out. She scheduled multiple showings at the same place when I was not sure and continued to guide the process gently rather than trying to make a sale. She showed a true desire to help us meet our needs as a family. At no point did Anna ever make us feel like a bottom line and even after signing came to talk to us about how we felt in the outcome.
