This is what I call a great agent. She makes you feel like you have been friends forever. Very professional and knows her stuff. We were very picky buyers that knew what we wanted but didn’t know how to explain and she figured it out. Anyone that knows us would tell you that’s a milestone of what she did. Everything went smooth from the offer to the closing table. My opinion is if you want someone hardworking, honest and tells it like it is then Beth Lynah-Vickers is the one for you!

Beth was beyond amazing and awesome. We had a very short timeline due to a military move and Beth made it happen so we closed on the exact date we had hoped. We are not from the area so we leaned on her expertise and knowledge of the local area and neighborhoods. We gave her the features we were looking for and she found us multiple home options that met our family’s needs. We could not be more happy with our new home. We were very fortunate to have Beth Lynah as our realtor. Our sale wasn't the easiest for her, as it was an estate sale that was tied up in Probate Court. To make matters even more difficult, we live in Philadelphia, so Beth was our only lifeline in Savannah. I don't know how we could have accomplished all we did in such a short amount of time, but through Beth's determination and hard work, we sold, probated, and settled within 3 months.
