This was our first home buying experience and Alex was very responsive and patient when answering all of our (probably sometimes stupid) questions! He was very upfront about each property he showed us and let us know about any issues before we even knew to ask about them. Shelly was so AMAZING to work with on our home purchase! We recently purchased a second home in Savannah, GA and handled most of the purchase remotely from Atlanta. Shelly was available every step of the way. Only one of us got to physically see the property and Shelly took the extra step to do a video walk through of the property so we felt comfortable with the purchase decision. Everything was handled very efficiently and Shelly communicated all details effectively throughout the purchase process all the way to helping us retrieve the keys on closing date when the seller didn't bring them to closing LOL.
