She is professional and quick to respond to questions/concerns/issues and returning documents for signing etc. She even went the extra mile to take a video walk-through and send me so I could see the property since I was looking from out of state. She met me at the property when I came for an in-person inspection and let me take my time taking pictures and videos and never rushed me. She even let me come back a second day to re-look after sleeping on making the decision to purchase. She is a delight to work with and if I buy more properties she is the realtor I will using. My husband and I were house shopping for over 3 years and met with several different realtors before we met Anna. Anna is very great at what she does and has such a cheerful down-earth personality. My husband and I struggled on finding the right house, but she was so patient and helpful with recommendations. We had so many questions and she was always thinking ahead for us. She was there for us weeknights and weekends, just a phone call away (even on her vacation). When we finally found our dream home (yes, it’s possible!!!), she helped us draft and negotiate the perfect offer in a multi-offer situation. After our offer was accepted, we needed several inspections, and she was able to recommend some amazing experts in the city who were affordable and fast. When it came to the sellers, she always held our best interest and always spoke up for us if there was any deviation from our agreements at any point in the process.
