My fiancée and I had an excellent experience buying our house with Rick. Neither of us have owned a house before, so Rick did a great job explaining everything we needed to know and making sure the process went as smoothly as it could. Even with the added complication of my fiancée being long distance, Rick was very kind and respectful in keeping her involved with the decisions. His recommendations for inspectors and such have also been great. I would recommend Rick.

As first time buyers, we really didn’t know where to start. Tomesha walked us through the process, gave us referrals for insurance and lenders, even got quotes for contractors once we signed on our home! She was there for us every step, making herself available via phone, text, or in person no matter the time or day. She worked with our lender to ensure all was as agreed. And when we finally closed, she was there to celebrate with us. She even surprised us with a slew of gifts at our new home! This was our second time working with Catina! She was our realtor when we were first time home buyers and then 3 years later when our family outgrew the starter home, we had Catina assist us with selling that house and purchasing our new home! She was very detailed when guiding us to prep our house to sell, she was very helpful when looking for new houses, and extremely thorough when answering all the questions we had (believe me, there were a lot of questions!).
