When my father passed, it was my job, as executor to sell his home. Problem was I live in Nebraska and his house was in West Des Moines. Enter Jamie Silver who made the process as easy as possible. The house needed much repair and Jamie knew all the right people to get the job done which allowed us to get top dollar for the house. She was in constant communication with us, guided us through the whole process and celebrated with us when the house sold. I am very grateful for her help and knowledge and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to sell their property. Jamie has a lot of energy and is so easy to work with!

Very quick to respond- even stayed up til almost midnight the night we made our final deal. She even continued to try to negotiate the price down for us to give us more room to bargain. She was willing to spend the whole weekend showing us homes and was just amazing all around. Would 10/10 recommend her as a realtor and we would definitely use her again.
