Throughout our home buying process, Joel was quick to respond to texts, set up viewings, made suggestions of homes for us to look at that fit our criteria and provided honest feedback. Since he's done a number of remodels himself, we appreciated his input on potential projects in the home we were considering and his recommendations of contractors we could work with. The closing paperwork can get overwhelming with all the quick e-signing and we nearly paid for a fee that was not our responsibility. We are so thankful to Joel for catching the error and getting it corrected. We enjoyed working with Joel from beginning to end and will be sure to recommend him to others.

Every step of the process was so smooth, easy to understand and her consistent communication helped us know what to expect every step of the way. She was so knowledgeable of the area and things to look for when we were touring homes and she answered every question we had (and every one we hadn’t thought of yet). Her network of recommended vendors and area resources were also extremely helpful, especially coming from out of state to be able to get a lay of the land faster! She goes above and beyond in everything she does and we couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience. Susie is the Greatest of All Time! She helped me all the way back in 2015. I have very different family dynamics that require multiple units. Susie never gave up and helped me to score my very first home. Just this year, my family has grown so much more and we required much more space than our old duplex offered. Susie was able to find the best house I have ever resided in Iowa. It perfectly allocated space, was super nice, and she did it in a much tougher housing market than back in 2015.
