This is the second time I've worked with Leslie, and after the first time, my entire family has worked with her--all with this same shared experience. Leslie is an incredible person with exceptional communications skills, attention to detail and the utmost professional demeanor. Leslie treats you like family from the start--and approaches every part of the process as if it's her own home. On my latest sale, Leslie was overseas on a family vacation, which also had a major time difference, yet she selflessly stayed up overnight to work on all of my documents and was so kind, generous and pleasant to do that on her family vacation. That alone speaks volumes to whom she is as a person and realtor--even when she had a backup realtor she could have enlisted to do all of this. I would hands down, without a single hesitation or without question, recommend Leslie to anyone looking for a realtor. Leslie is well connected and is heavily involved in her community. Having worked in the professional world for many years now, the one main thing I value the most and instill in my teams is a positive attitude and Leslie is one of the most incredibly positive and nicest, most down-to-earth Iowans you'll ever meet. She cares so much about her clients and their families and wellbeing. So much so, that on my first purchase with Leslie, as she was waiting for us to arrive to tour the house, she went ahead and met all of the neighbors. I ended up purchasing the home and those neighbors are still my life-long friends now, even though I've moved from that original neighborhood.
