Michelle is a wonderful real estate agent to work with. She was very attentive to all my needs and questions and is very kind while doing so. She would respond to my inquiries within 24 hrs of my text. She explained the entire selling and buying process to me in a way that I could understand. Alyssa does a great job of knowing the market and provides great suggestions on the key things to make the house more attractive to buyers. She always kept us updated and would make suggestions along the way. Michele was very knowledgeable and when she was unsure was very quick to find the answers we needed. As a first-time home buyer I felt lost and terrified, Michelle so calmly helped me through every step, answering every question (even when I asked 12 times the same question). Not once through the process did I feel that Michelle didn't have our best interests in mind. Even after papers were signed she has answered crazy questions I may have had, she isn't your realtor just until the job is done, for her the job isn't done and she has your back always.

When I met with Jodi and her partner Jeff, they were professional and helpful in suggestions that they made about selling my home. They handled arrangements for all of the repairs that needed to be done before and after inspection. The actual cost was less than I estimated.
