Nick was very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout our entire house selling process. His knowledge of the market we were selling our house in was second to none. He was incredibly prompt and responsive through every encounter throughout the process. He was available at any hour of the day to answer questions we had and continually calmed our nerves as we knew we could rely on his expertise. If you are looking for a realtor when buying or selling a house Nick should be at the top of your list. Our family is incredibly thankful for choosing him as our relator and we are so happy with the house decisions we've made with his guidance. He has even kept in touch to follow up on how our family is doing in our new home!

Nick was very down to earth and helpful to me. My husband passed away in November of 2021 and this is why I was selling my house to move back home to be with family in Michigan. My house needed a few minor repairs and Jeromy and Nick came to my rescue and fixed those repairs for me. I originally had talked to my realtor that sold us the house and she came to our house with her new business partner and I did not care for him at all, he looked down his nose at me and wanted me to kennel my 10 year old black lab and wanted the house empty before they would list it. My dog is my baby and she has not needed a kennel sinnce she was a puppy. This was the straw that made me go with another realtor. Nick was very professional, polite and very helpful. Nick is a fantastic real estate agent. He listens to what you're looking for and works hard for you. He's meticulous when walking through potential homes , trying to find out all the info he can. His support doesn't just end after the sale though. He's there for you if you have any questions or issues after you buy. 11/10 would recommend to anyone.
