Dawn was on top of things with the property having a private roadway and an HOA agreement that covered the exterior of the home. The buyer had some special requests and Dawn's method of replying to and resolving these issues was top-notch! Dawn's recommendations for the services needed to close out the buyer request worked out very well. With me being remote for the closing Dawn and her teammate Julie went beyond expectations for the level of customer service! We would highly recommend Dawn for anyone needing to buy or sell their home.

Catina’s experience and knowledge of today’s housing market as well as the economic struggles shows.
