He gave me great advice on how to prepare the house before putting it on the market. Patrick was very responsive while offers were coming and even after an offer was accepted. Nick was very down to earth and helpful to me. My husband passed away in November of 2021 and this is why I was selling my house to move back home to be with family in Michigan. My house needed a few minor repairs and Jeromy and Nick came to my rescue and fixed those repairs for me. I originally had talked to my realtor that sold us the house and she came to our house with her new business partner and I did not care for him at all, he looked down his nose at me and wanted me to kennel my 10 year old black lab and wanted the house empty before they would list it. My dog is my baby and she has not needed a kennel sinnce she was a puppy. This was the straw that made me go with another realtor. Nick was very professional, polite and very helpful. Lisa was the most comfortable person that I dealt with. I dealt with a couple other agents I chose to go with Lisa because a she turned up comfortable she was wearing jeans and a regular t-shirt and I think a jacket due to the fact it was cold but through the entire process she never once turned up Haiti expecting that of you as well she worked with me on a number of different properties that kept falling through a couple of them that we actually were walking through and she got the notice that it had been sold finally got a house and she dealt with a lot of different things with that gave me a lot of good information if you want the best she's it

Donna was the best realtor I have worked with out of all our moving! She was enthusiastic and always willing to go above and beyond even if it met showing homes late.
