I had called in regards to a different property being sold by real estate company because I realized
I had called in regards to a different property being sold by real estate company because I realized not everything online was accurate in Spring 2021 Covid Crazy, that home had already sold. My info got passed to Melissa cause she dealt in area I was interested in and she actually got back in touch with me.. I had basically given up when I realized inpection results of another house were as bad as a previous experience, the only difference being the sales price was about double due to interest rates being low. If not for Melissa I certainly not be a new home owner right now because she encouraged me to not give up, when I had indeed made my mind up that I was just going to wait till Spring 2022. I didn't understand everything as it was happening and it was certainly frustrating but it worked out in the end and after reading other reviews that is probably because Melissa was doing a lot of work on my behalf. I love the area I wound up in, the neighbors are great, I have been offered flowers/plants to transplant from a few houses down, and have discovered I am within walking distance of a walking/suspension bridge, riverfront park, 3 antique stores, the library, a tattoo shop, coffee/sandwich shop, an art class place....etc! Thank you!

I recommend Chrissy Heinle 100%. She is wonderful to work with and a knowledgeable and energetic professional. She responded quickly throughout the entire process of listing and selling our home. She explained each step of the process, and we weren't surprised by anything, nothing went wrong or deviated from the plan she initially laid out for us. She listened to our needs and desires. I will use her for all future home buying/selling needs.

Michele Above the rest
Michele worked day and night with me locating a home for me. As i lived 2 hours away she went to homes and did walk through and sent to me and when i ws in town she booked showing for me so my time was not wasted we talked about listings all the time and when it came to making offers she got it done right away

Melissa was great to work with while purchasing our first home. We were unsure about working with a realtor at first, because we didn't want someone who was going to be really pushy (and it seemed like most realtors were always that way). We were happy to meet Melissa though, because she wasn't pushy at all. She was kind, honest, and professional. She was always quick to respond and very helpful. She made sure we got to see the houses we wanted to visit as soon as possible, no matter what. Which was very much appreciated with how quickly the houses were going off the market. Melissa, thank you so much for all your help while buying our first home.
