I would like to take a moment to commend Chrissie Heinle. When I first met her, she blew me away. She speaks, handles herself, and dresses professionally. After introductions, we got right down to business. Chrissie reviewed everything with me thoroughly and suggested a few changes in the way I staged my home for a better presentation. It was apparent that she knows the realty business and knows it well. She also took pictures that day for the listing. How efficient—all in one visit so no extra effort for either of us. Chrissy posted everything within 1 day, including the perfect description of my home, which I felt would intrigue buyers. My instincts were correct, with a contract after 1 day!
