You like Michele from the first time you meet her. She is pleasant, professional, kind, helpful. She goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Michele went above and beyond to help us get measurements for carpeting, found us a painter and let us meet him at our house before we closed. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from her. Our family has had Michele for two different properties now. She was available to answer questions by text and over the phone at our convenience. We are so grateful to have found her.

We needed a quick sale on my father's home. Chrissy was out the day after we called her to list the home on the market. Within just a few days she was able to set a market price that was in line with other homes in the area, scheduled appointments for potential buyers, had/accepted an offer and closed within 30 days. I became aware of Melissa's service through the calendars she had at her brother-in-law's chiropractic office. She met me at the townhouse with market analysis and several sale price options. Upon listing, had several showings scheduled and two offers by the weekend. Melissa was very helpful, answered all my questions and was very transparent throughout the entire process. She sent me a 2022 calendar even though I moved out of PA. Highly recommend her!
