Robyn is excellent! She is very professional and knowledgeable of the market. As we toured various houses, she would point out negatives as well as the positives of each. She would explain which issues were minor vs. those that might be expensive to fix. One evening we received a call about a house in the area we wanted to be in. We called her at 9 pm that evening, and she got the first showing the next morning. Later during the home inspection a couple of items were found to not be as advertised. Robyn negotiated concessions that saved us a lot of money. My wife and I were very impressed with the services Robyn provided and we recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.

This lady is awesome, I'm a disabled combat veteran that she went above and beyond to help me get into a property thought impossible to purchase. The VA has pretty strict rules on what property conditions must be before approving loans. Robyn took the time to help me with upgades, contractors, and made the legal jargon understandable. I heard about Robyn StClair through a friend. I met her and decided to hire her to sell my house in Granite Falls, NC. She did her research of the comps in the area and informed me what we should list the house for. She walked the house/property and stated what she thought I should fix, change to add value and/or repair to increase my chances of a sale. Once we agreed on a price I moved forward to list the house. The house went up on MLS on Monday and we were in contract on Tuesday. I could not have been more happy. I could have increase the price and taken my chances but I wanted a quick sale which is what I got.
