Upon being contacted about selling my property, Jonathan went right to work employing several techniques to advertise and promote my listing. He gathered pertinent information regarding the available amenities, took photos of the area and created a video. My land was only on the market for 28 days. Jonathan is a very hard-working agent that will not sugar coat things for the seller nor buyer. He was honest in his assessment of the property and possible price ranges that it would sell.
