She gave appropriate advice on how to prepare the house and even knew tradesmen, very reasonably priced, that could help me out with issues that popped up. She took care of all aspects of the selling process flawlessly and kept us informed along the way. The end result was a full price sell after 2 days on the market. Can't ask for more than that.
