This is the second real estate transaction we have worked with Jonathan Houck on. A few months back he helped to sell a business property and most recently he helped us to receive top dollar (above asking price) for our family’s lake home. From start to finish, Jonathan was an absolute pleasure to work with. From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Jonathan’s advice, guidance and professionalism was above our expectations. When working with Jonathan, you can see and feel his passion for helping others. Prior to the house going on the market, Jonathan provided us with information that was extremely valuable. He suggested easy and reasonable updates we could do to make our house more appealing. His suggestions were spot on! Jonathan held an open house on Saturday, November 18 and we had our first offer the following day. In just a few short days we had multiple offers!! Jonathan’s marketing ability is top notch. I was amazed at his attention to detail in the pictures that were taken of our property and the video that was made. He and the photographer spent a tremendous amount of time putting together an elaborate presentation. Throughout our journey this year of selling a business property as well as the sale of our lake home, Jonathan demonstrated professionalism and truly partnered with us. We are forever grateful.

This is our third transaction in conjunction with Jonathan in the last 18 months. The first two were during the up market of 2022; this most recent in the down market of 2023. Jonathan was unfailingly thorough throughout; great attention to detail and consistent communication through the process. The most recent transaction was the most challenging due to market conditions. Jonathan was great at counseling patience. He supported us in resisting one opportunity that wasn't quite right and a better opportunity came along. We recommend Jonathan highly and would definitely use his services again.

Robyn did an amazing job keeping her ears and eyes open and finding me exactly what I wanted! I am so happy in my new home and it would not have been possible without her. From day one it was obvious that Robyn was a upstanding real estate agent. She was honest with the selling price and what she thought we could get for our house. She did a lot of work behind the scenes to make sure we were happy with the comparative analysis that she ran and ultimately satisfied with what we asked for the house. She kept in touch throughout the whole selling process and answered any questions we had. I tell all my friends about her and if I ever sell/buy again, Robyn is the ONLY realtor I would use! Robyn was absolutely great to work with. Not only does she know the real estate market, giving my wife and I an in-depth Competitive Market Analysis but she was with us the whole way through the process. She gave appropriate advice on how to prepare the house and even knew tradesmen, very reasonably priced, that could help me out with issues that popped up. She took care of all aspects of the selling process flawlessly and kept us informed along the way. The end result was a full price sell after 2 days on the market. Can't ask for more than that.
