Robyn is amazing! We needed a home before our rental lease had run out and had been scouring Hickory for several weeks, even offering more than the asking price. Although we were getting a bit weary Robyn was undaunted. We found a place finally that was perfect and offered about $5K over. We were turned down because our bank had a reputation of dragging out the closing. Robyn found us a new lender and made sure a few small items were repaired at the seller's expense and BOOM, we had a house.
