A Godsend, in every sense of the word!! I felt like her only client throughout the entire process. My anxiety levels are naturally set at max, but Robyn was able to keep me calm through everything. There were no questions left unanswered (and usually within minutes). I walked into my new house and knew it was the one I wanted. Robyn walked me through the bidding process and my offer was accepted and we were under contract in under 12 hours!! I was in shock, considering the market being bonkers. Robyn closed my deal in under a month. The process was incredibly easy, even as a first time home buyer. I don't think the process was as easy for Robyn, but she never complained. When I first contacted REALTYONEGROUP@HOME, I was impressed with the immediate response. My first meeting with Robyn St Clair was a god-sent. It was a difficult time for me, I was emotionally grieving, and did not understand the process of selling a house. All the preparations, and so forth, but she explained everything with me. Robyn was very understanding, kind, patience, and helpful. She was always available to answer any questions. Very professional and specific. Even when I had doubts if the house would sell, due to some repairs needed, that I was unable to do, she gave me confidence, the house would sell. Stated on her card "EveryONEisAwesome". Robyn is amazing! We needed a home before our rental lease had run out and had been scouring Hickory for several weeks, even offering more than the asking price. Although we were getting a bit weary Robyn was undaunted. We found a place finally that was perfect and offered about $5K over. We were turned down because our bank had a reputation of dragging out the closing. Robyn found us a new lender and made sure a few small items were repaired at the seller's expense and BOOM, we had a house. It's such a relief to have someone with such knowledge and contacts to make things happen. I recommend her without reservation!

We met Robyn by chance when we went to look at a house. We were tire kickers, interested in moving, but not ready to commit. We had not had a great experience with the Realtors we had recently been using and decided to let the computer just send us whoever was available. We loved her instantly. She was warm and friendly, was sweet to our son, and was patient and helpful. Over the next several months, we asked for other showings or information on homes. Even knowing we were tire kickers, she treated us like her top priority and her patience was unfailing. When we found our new home, she was awesome to work with. She even went to bat for us a few times during the negotiation process. We love our new home and have set my parents up with her for their future home. If you're looking for a kind, patient agent, who can offer you time but who is capable and ready to jump into action when you're ready, Robyn is your girl. I can't say enough good things about her. She goes the extra mile before, during, and after your purchase, and every bit of it makes all the difference in the world. She really is the best!
