Maria's customer service and care is nothing short of superb. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of purchasing a home and well-versed in all of the intricate details surrounding such a process. She kept us abreast of statuses in a very timely manner every step of the way and let us know what we needed to do, as well as, when and why. She was able to negotiate terms in our favor that would otherwise prove daunting and provided us with a wealth of resources necessary to maintain our household. When the going got tough, Maria was right there for us, making our home buying experience less stressful and ultimately, a seamless transition into our new home. Gary was our rock through a very tough buying process. He went out of his way to make sure we were thoroughly informed & helped us through some tough decisions in the beginning of our purchasing 'adventure'. This was our 4th home purchase. I'd have to say she was the best realtor we've had. We were relocating , came here for a weekend in August. She showed us 10 homes in 5 cities (in record breaking heat). Cinda was very knowledgeable with the area. We couldn't be happier with our new home and the whole transaction. Of course you always have those "hiccups" but Cinda's negotiating and great communication skills made things go smoother. We highly recommend Cinda Rose!

Lauree is a great, top-notch professional! Lauree helped me sell a house in Surprise, while I was also selling a house in Flagstaff, AZ and purchasing a retirement home in North Carolina all at the same time. As you can imagine my stress level was high. Through it all Lauree was a calming force. And to add stress to her personal life, Lauree went through the death of a close family member. In spite of her personal challenge, Lauree remained the consummate professional. Lauree has a caring, compassionate manner that always makes you feel like you are the most important person with whom she is working (even though you recognize that she is assisting many other potential sellers and buyers at the same time). I recommend Lauree to anyone interested in buying or selling a home in the Phoenix area. If I ever return to the Valley of the Sun, there is only one real estate professional I would even consider - Lauree Marino!

Maritza helped my family when we lived in Texas and were unable to be on site to find a home. She was so patient with my pregnancy hormones and visiting numerous homes. She took so many pictures just so my family could see everything. She stayed in the price range that we wanted to stay at even though we were approved for more. She listened to our needs and wants and became apart of our family. She was efficient and we closed the before we arrived and we met her the next day when we arrived and she brought us our keys. We loved her so much we referred our in-laws to her once they moved in the area. We are now moved to another state and she is helping us again. If you want someone who is patient, will tell you the truth, and will look for your best interest over her own.....this she is absolutely perfect for you to work with.
